Hi! I’m Erwin Gatioan. Myself, my wife and eldest daughter moved from the Philippines to
Saskatoon in 2010. Since then, we had 2 more kids and we’ve built a life here in Saskatoon. I have been working in manufacturing for many years before becoming a mortgage associate, but I’ve always had a passion for real estate and financial planning. We bought our condo last 2013.
And now, we are in the process of buying a more spacious house as the kids are growing and use the condo as rental property to have a passive income.
